Approved Pool Certifiers was founded after recognising an opportunity to improve the way pool compliance inspections were delivered. Too often, inspection reports were difficult to understand, filled with technical language and offered little practical guidance.
We believed there was a better way.

A simple, guided process start to finish.

Book your inspection
Choose a date that suits you and tell us a little about your property. Whether you're selling, renting or simply need certification, we'll take care of the rest.

On-site assessment
One of our licensed certifiers will carry out a thorough pool safety inspection, using our industry-leading software to ensure every inspection is consistent and accurate.

Receive your report
You'll receive your inspection results promptly. If your pool is compliant, we'll issue your Compliance Certificate straight away. If it isn't quite there yet, don't worry - you'll receive a clear report with photos and practical recommendations that explain exactly what's needed to bring your pool up to standard.

If rectification is required
If your pool or spa doesn't meet the required standards, we'll provide a Non-Compliance Certificate and arrange a complimentary on-site meeting with you and your contractor to explain the report, answer questions and discuss the required rectification work.

Complete the required works
Your chosen contractor completes the rectification work within the required timeframe. Our clear report makes it easy to understand what's needed before we return for the final inspection. If you need more time, we'll liaise with Local Council on your behalf.

Compliance achieved
Once your pool meets NSW safety requirements, we'll issue your official Pool Certificate of Compliance, ready for selling or leasing your property.
