Pool & Spa Safety Certification

If you're selling your home, we provide a clear compliance certificate—whether it's fully compliant or needs fixes. Transparency is key: you can sell even if non-compliant, as long as it's disclosed in the contract. We work closely with your real estate agent, conveyancer, or lawyer to make it seamless.

Rental/Landlord Certification

For landlords or property managers, pools and spas must be recertified every 3 years and fully compliant by the end. We inspect, advise on any required adjustments, and ensure everything meets standards so you can rent with confidence.
